Shipping Policy

Pan-India Delivery
1) Order Processing
  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.
2) Delivery Timelines
  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro / Tier-II & III: 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations may take longer depending on courier coverage.
3) Shipping Charges
  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight/pincode.
  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499 (if/when applicable during promotions).
4) Packaging & Handling

Seeds are packed in moisture-safe, tamper-evident pouches to preserve freshness and viability.

5) Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the AWB/Tracking number. Track your shipment via the courier’s portal.

6) Address Changes

Address changes are possible before dispatch only. Contact us immediately with your order number.

7) Undeliverable/Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone, or failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship after collecting the re-shipping fee.

Returns & Refunds

Hassle-free Support
1) Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, wrong, or missing on delivery.
  • Due to the perishable/biological nature of seeds, we do not accept returns for opened/used packs.
2) Time Window

Raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the issue and the outer packaging.

3) Non-Returnable Cases
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed seed packs.
  • Quality issues arising from improper storage, sowing practices, or growing conditions beyond our control.
  • Products marked as Final Sale or part of specific clearance offers.
4) Return/Replacement Process
  1. Email us at support@example.com with order ID, issue details, and images.
  2. On approval, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you for reverse shipment.
  3. Once we receive & verify the item, we’ll process a replacement or refund as applicable.
5) Refund Method & Timelines
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after quality check completion.
  • Bank posting times may vary by provider.
6) Cancellations
  • Order cancellations are possible before dispatch only.
  • If already shipped, please refuse delivery; we’ll assist with RTO-based resolution.
7) Damaged/Leaked/Incorrect Items

Share unboxing images/videos of both the product and outer packaging within 48 hours for a quick resolution.

8) Exchanges

Direct exchanges aren’t supported. Please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
